IT support provided by Unique Infotech is charged at a highly-competitive hourly rate with a minimum charge of 1 hour for each callout. Our callout charges include the first hour of IT support, travel time, fuel and parking if applicable. Charges apply to all callouts where the customer does not have a Service Agreement. Additional parking charges may apply in some areas.
