Unique Infotech is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join
our growing team. The successful applicant will have an outgoing
personality and experience in handling situations well while under
pressure. Maintaining and growing current client relationships is key, by
handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. Our
Customer Service Representatives will also make and receive
service-related phone calls and ensure Unique Infotech continues to exceed
client expectations daily. Excellent communication skills are essential
for communicating with clients and colleagues.

Several positions exist for casual Service Technicians at our Service
Centre. Ideal applicants will have excellent fault-finding skills and
experience working on notebook and desktop computer systems. The
successful applicants will carry out a range of technical tasks including
configuring new wireless and wired networks, troubleshooting hardware and
software related computer issues and carrying out scheduled maintenance
through support contracts. Good written and spoken English is essential
for communicating with clients and colleagues and a relevant degree or
industry-recognised certificate(s) will be beneficial. A current
Australian drivers licence is required.
