Are you wanting the convenience of onsite support without the hassle and stress associated with taking non-functioning equipment to a service centre? We can help.

With over ten years industry experience in the IT support industry, Unique Infotech offers a complete range of onsite services to home and business customers.

For some services such as data recovery and system assembly, where onsite support is not possible or economically viable, our technicians use the resources of our service centre.


Unique Infotech aims to make IT support as stress-free as possible by providing an accurate arrival time of our service technicians.

We guarantee that our technicians will be onsite and on time as requested. For non-contracted callouts, for clients who do not have a Unique Infotech support plan or where an exact time cannot be confirmed, a window of between two and three hours will be provided. If any changes have to be made to the scheduled time, our clients will be notified by phone.


Unique Infotech service technicians are carefully selected to ensure that they are not only capable and qualified to support our clients, but just as importantly, are able to communicate as an extension to your staff. Our team of employees derive great satisfaction from helping clients make better use of technology.

Our technicians will arrive onsite, in uniform and with Unique Infotech identification. Any visitor or attendance paper-work will be completed in accordance with your organisation's requirements.

Customers who have chosen a selected Unique Infotech support plan, have the option of nominating a service technician as their single point of contact for all dealings with Unique Infotech.


Any packaging from hardware delivered to our clients' site will be removed if required. Our service technicians will leave your office or workplace in a clean state when they leave. Any equipment moved while working onsite will be moved back.

 

 
Onsite support is charged at an hourly rate with a minimum charge of 1 hour. Additionally, a low callout charge is applied to all non-contracted support. Our callout charges cover travel time, fuel and parking (if applicable).

Clients located in Fitzroy, Carlton and Collingwood, are entitled to onsite support with no callout charge.
