IT support is offered on a pay-per-use basis for home and home business customers, and businesses needing occasional IT support. Customers that choose adhoc support can generally minimise data loss and inconvenience by ensuring they properly backup their data.

Scheduled maintenance and service plans are recommended for larger organisations that rely heavily on their IT systems and are heavily impacted when any system is unavailable. The aim of  a scheduled maintenance agreement is to minimise the need for IT support which is primarily used when things go wrong.

Unlike many other service providers, our service technicians can assist with both Mac and PC support.

When considering a support plan, we recommend evaluating;

The risk your organisation is exposed to (the more

  The amount of internal IT resources (staff that can
      assist with IT support if required).

Limited telephone support is provided free-of-charge to contracted clients for products purchased from Unique Infotech within 30 days. Our support staff can assist with basic installation and configuration issues over the telephone. If the issue cannot be resolved, an onsite callout will be recommended.
