computers with all the associated driver software to ensure all your
hardware is working correctly.
A
fresh installation may be required if:
You have a
new computer that has been purchased
with no operating system, or if you would like to
change the operating system that the computer was
supplied with. For example downgrading Windows
Vista to XP.
Your
computer has a severe virus infection or other
issue that can not be resolved.
Your
computer is running slow and the cause
cannot easily be established.
During operating system installation, any data currently on the hard disk
will have to be backed up as in most cases the hard disk will be erased.
Any third-party software such as Microsoft Office and anti virus software
