1. Click on the appropriate button below to download the remote access software to your computer. Download PC Version if you have a PC running Microsoft Windows. Download Mac Version if you have a Mac running Mac OS.

2. A Security Warning dialogue box may appear asking if you want to run or save the file. Click Run.

3. A second Security Warning dialogue box may appear asking if you want to run the software. Click Run.

4. The Unique Infotech remote support program will begin. Over the phone, provide the ID and Password when requested by the technician and a remote access session will begin.

Please do not touch your computer during the session until instructed by the technician. Generally, most sessions will last for around 1 hour.
