Unique Infotech offers a range of support plans for small to medium businesses. Both scheduled maintenance and non-scheduled adhoc (pay-per-use) support is available. Scheduled maintenance provides the added protection of monthly, bimonthly or quarterly maintenance to help prevent IT support issues before they become a problem for your business.

When considering a support plan, we recommend evaluating;

The level of negative impact that technology downtime may cause to your organisation (such as the loss of
     productivity and income when computer systems fail);
The risk your organisation is exposed to (the more complex your needs are, the more attention and support
      is required); and
  The amount of internal IT resources (staff that can assist with IT support if required).

Unlike many other service providers, our service technicians can assist with both Mac and PC support.

A Unique Infotech support technician will make monthly, bimonthly or quarterly maintenance visits to your office. This proactive approach to IT support means any problems that are detected are averted to minimise downtime, loss of productivity and loss of data. A scheduled support plan offers the benefit of guaranteed arrival times so you aren't waiting around for a technician to arrive.

After selecting a scheduled support plan, a service technician will examine your existing equipment and recommend a schedule that will be most beneficial to your business. Scheduled maintenance is charged at an hourly rate with no callout or travel charge. Where callouts are necessary out of the scheduled agreement, a callout and travel charge will be applied. Additionally, urgent and critical issues can be addressed immediately (additional charges apply).

Our adhoc support plan means allows you to have IT support, as often as you need it while paying highly-competitive rates. There are no scheduled visits from service technicians and a callout is booked if and when support is required with various response rates available.

Non-contracted support is provided for clients without a formal service agreement. There are no contracts and customers can get technical support when required, without having the need for dedicated IT staff.
